The Beginning
The story most people would hide.
As a child, Timothy experienced homelessness for nearly two years. Those early struggles taught him about survival, perseverance, and gratitude long before he ever stepped into business. He dropped out of high school in the ninth grade, entering adulthood without the advantages many people take for granted.
His early years were filled with hard lessons. After operating pawn shops, he became involved in transactions that led to multiple felony convictions and time in prison. Later, an arrest related to marijuana distribution added another chapter to a life that could easily have continued in the wrong direction.
For many people, those experiences would have become the end of the story. For Timothy, they became the beginning. He made the decision to rebuild his life completely — one relationship, one opportunity, and one business at a time.
“I've failed so many times. It's about getting back up.”

Building Something Real
Felony Film.
In 2018, Timothy founded Felony Film — a company specializing in paint protection film, ceramic coatings, and premium automotive protection. What began as a fresh start quickly became one of Atlanta's fastest-growing businesses in its niche.
Within a few years, the company generated more than $2 million in annual sales, expanded its team, and earned the trust of clients ranging from everyday drivers to professional athletes and recording artists. None of it was built on shortcuts — it was built on consistency, craftsmanship, and doing quality work every single day.
Leadership Through Opportunity
Businesses grow when people grow.
One philosophy that helped scale Felony Film was creating an environment where people were rewarded for excellence rather than simply showing up. By aligning compensation with performance, encouraging ownership, and investing in the people around him, Timothy built a culture where everyone had a chance to win together.
His leadership style isn't about managing people. It's about creating opportunities for people to succeed.
Relationships Before Transactions
Why the review exists.
As his network expanded, so did the number of founders, investors, and business owners seeking his advice, introductions, and partnerships. People didn't simply come looking for capital — they came for perspective, for relationships, for someone who understood both failure and success.
Because of the volume, Timothy established a structured review process so every opportunity receives thoughtful, objective consideration — evaluated for leadership, fundamentals, scalability, market potential, and long-term alignment. It protects everyone involved: Timothy, founders, partners, and investors alike.
The Philosophy
Rewriting your story.
The Homeless Loser brand is about refusing to let labels determine your future, and understanding that failure is often education in disguise. Timothy shares his journey openly because success isn't reserved for people with perfect backgrounds, prestigious degrees, or ideal circumstances.
It's available to those willing to learn, adapt, stay disciplined, and keep moving forward. His isn't a story of overnight success — it's one of resilience, accountability, second chances, and proving that your greatest setbacks can become the foundation of your greatest accomplishments.
Looking Forward
The mission.
Today, Timothy mentors entrepreneurs, builds strategic relationships, evaluates new opportunities, and supports founders who are serious about creating lasting value. The mission stays simple: help people see possibilities where others see limitations, build relationships before transactions, and create opportunities that stand the test of time.
Because no matter where your story begins, you have the power to decide how it ends.
